Service Description

1 hour recommended for initial consult. An herbal consultation could look many different ways depending on what your goals are and what you are seeking to help get you there. If this is an initial consultation, we will talk about your goals with working together, as well as discuss your current lifestyle, and a bit about your background. In our sessions, sometimes we'll spend a good amount of time just talking, giving you space to share what's on your heart before delving into anything herb related. Or if you have a specific need that can be addressed more directly with herbs, we will go that route. First consultation includes one custom herbal formula.
